	Thomas Balgheim |  Chairman of the Management Board of Cirquent Thomas Balgheim joined Cirquent in September 2008 as Managing Director Financial Services. Before joining Cirquent Thomas Balgheim lastly worked as Senior Vice President Industry Solutions for SAP AG.
	Peter Broicher |  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cirquent In 1996, Peter Broicher joined the then Softlab GmbH as Director of the Business Solutions division. Previously, he had served Munich based Digital Equipment GmbH for 16 years, lastly as the Director of the Professional Services for Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe business unit. From 1992, he was member of the Digital Germany executive board.
	Bernd Stroppel |  Member of the Management Board of Cirquent Bernd Stroppel (45) has been Financial Director of Cirquent since July 2007. Before joining the then Softlab Group, Bernd Stroppel was responsible for finance and accounting, controlling, and facility management, acting as a member of the executive board of the Systems Integration unit at T-Systems. In the course of his professional career, Bernd Stroppel also held leading positions with both debis Systemhaus and Daimler AG.
