RemedyLink is the intelligent solution to connect a Network or Systems Management Platform with the Remedy Helpdesk System. The following Remedy Link Solutions are available:
Remedy Link 4 HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM) or Remedy Link 4 HP OpenView Operations (OVO)
RemedyLink for HP OpenView integrates the capabilities of HP OpenView Network Node Manager and HP OpenView Operations with the Remedy Action Request System (AR System). To achieve tight integration between independent management systems a package of configurations, scripts and executables is needed to make full use of the capabilities of both systems. Remedy Link for HP OpenView provides the necessary configuration to achieve complete integration.
Remedy Link 4 HP OpenView NNM V3.00.02 supports NNM 6.x and 7.x on HP-UX 11.11, 11V2, Sun Solaris 8, 9,10, Windows XP, 2000 and 2003. ARS 4.5, 5.x, 6.x, 7 is supported on Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003, HP-UX 11.x, Sun Solaris 7, 8, 9,10 and d Hat Linux.
Remedy Link for HP OpenView Operations V3.00.02 supports HP OVO 6.x, 7.x and 8.x on HP-UX 11.11, 11V2 (new), Sun Solaris 8, 9,10. ARS 4.5, 5.x, 6.x, 7 is supported on Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003, HP-UX 11.x, Sun Solaris 7, 8, 9, 10 and Red Hat Linux.
The new release V 3.01.00 now supports HP-UX 11.V2 (11.23) on Itanium.
